Veronica Ibarra, LMFT

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. As a first-generation professional, I bring a culturally responsive and deeply empathetic approach to my work, with a strong focus on serving BIPOC communities and those balancing multiple identities.

I aim to create a space that feels both supportive and honest. My style is direct, compassionate, and grounded, helping clients build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical tools for lasting change. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care and focuses on improving communication, reducing overwhelm, and fostering a stronger sense of self.

I believe therapy should feel real, collaborative, and empowering. When you work with me, you can expect a space where you feel seen, challenged in meaningful ways, and supported as you grow.
