Individual Therapy:

Therapy is a process that can be uncomfortable at times. With the right therapist, you can explore and identify areas of distress or discomfort in a safe environment. During this process, you can develop tools for coping with stress, Have a deeper understanding of who you are and ways to improve your general sense of well being.

Couples Therapy:

The goal of couples counseling is to work through issues between partners which cause conflicts in the relationship. Just some of what we do in working with couples is to help the couple identify current patterns of interaction, learn effective ways of communication, maintain or build trust, and develop a more fulfilling relationship.

Family Therapy:

The systems of interaction between family members are identified in order to work toward nurturing change and development. Any change in one family member affects the family, and the dynamics of the entire unit are shifted. Family therapy can teach skills to deepen family connections, and get through times of distress and turmoil.

Group Therapy:

Joining a group of strangers may sound intimidating at first, but group therapy provides benefits that individual therapy may not. Psychologists say, in fact, that group members are almost always surprised by how rewarding the group experience can be. Diversity is another important benefit of group therapy. People have different personalities and backgrounds, and they look at situations in different ways. By seeing how other people tackle problems and make positive changes, you can discover a whole range of strategies for facing your own concerns.
