George Francis Giles, LCSW
I strive to offer an environment where you can feel truly seen, supported, and protected—where it feels safe to be open, vulnerable, and to explore whatever you’re carrying. When we feel secure, real transformation becomes possible. In our work together, you can expect a space that is empathic, reflective, and encouraging of open dialogue. I aim to foster insight and self-awareness through a process that meets you where you are.
My work is eclectic and rooted in Psychodynamic theory, which explores how our inner world—often shaped by unconscious thoughts, emotions, and past experiences—influences how we feel and relate today. Additionally, constructive support from the therapeutic process might involve looking closely at thought patterns (Cognitive Behavioral Theory) or internalized stories and how they shape one’s sense of self-worth (Narrative Therapy). No two people are the same and that’s why therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. I believe the most meaningful work happens when therapy is tailored to you and guided by your own goals, values, and pace.
My work resonates most with individuals who see therapy as a space for growth, self-inquiry, and transformation. If you’re someone who is reflective, spiritually curious, or seeking alignment between your inner and outer life, we may be a strong fit. I look forward to exploring with you.
