Lisa Crave, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for clients going through life challenges to help them experience growth and healing. My goal is to promote lasting and positive change through evidence-based practices and personalized care. My approach is person-centered and strength-based. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify and change negative thoughts and behaviors. I also incorporate Narrative and Solution-focused therapies along with Mindfulness techniques to build a shared understanding of your reality and work together toward growth and vitality. My style and approach are a good fit for adults dealing with life transitions and adjustments, grief, depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship issues. I tailor sessions to meet your individual needs, ensuring therapy is effective. I work collaboratively with you to define what you want to accomplish. This begins with building trust and open communication to set goals and focus on what’s most important to you. We work toward setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals, reviewing and adjusting them as needed. I look forward to working with you to help you meet your goals for healing and fulfillment.
