Nancy Chavez, M.S., LMFT
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients can explore their challenges, gain insight, and develop practical tools for meaningful and lasting change. My experience includes working with individuals who struggle with various mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma, and family or relationship difficulties.
My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and solution-focused strategies to support clients in building effective coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and gaining insight into unhelpful patterns. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish and am committed to providing culturally responsive care that honors each client’s background and lived experiences. I tailor my approach to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals, ensuring therapy is both relevant and impactful.
I look forward to working with you.
