Everyone deserves to live a happy and fulfilling life. During therapy, I aim to provide a safe place free of judgment, to talk about things, learn about yourself, and discover ways to feel good in your daily life. I am here to guide and support you in reaching your goals or in helping you create them.

Because everyone is different, I draw upon a variety of therapeutic models, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and mindfulness, which are skills-based and can lead to immediate improvement. I also find it valuable to help clients gain insight into underlying causes of problems. Most importantly, I practice empathy to empower and motivate the client in the therapeutic process.

My focus is working with adolescents and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, relationship and communication issues, and life transitions. No matter what your struggle you should not have to face it alone.
